The calculator uses the shipment information you enter, such as dimensions, quantities, and weights, to generate freight-planning estimates and recommendations. Calculator information is processed within your browser and is not submitted to us through normal use of the calculator.
If you use the Feedback form, we receive the information you choose to submit, which may include your feedback, message, and optional email address. Calculator information is not automatically included with a feedback submission.
If you respond to recommendation feedback prompts, we may receive whether you agreed with the recommendation, the shipment mode you would choose instead, and any optional comments you provide.
If you choose to include your current shipment details with a feedback submission, the current shipment inputs and calculated results shown in the tool will be submitted with your feedback to help investigate the reported issue. This option is voluntary and is not enabled by default.
Browser Storage
This site may store calculator-related information locally in your browser to support features such as saved scenarios and improve the functionality of the tool. This locally stored information is not automatically submitted to us.
You can remove locally stored information using your browser's site-data or storage controls.
